Recreational Facilities

The club house is available for rental to residents and lot owners. Charges are $50 per 4-hour block plus $12.50 for each additional hour.  A $100 damage/cleaning deposit is also required. The lot owner will be required to sign a rental agreement describing all conditions of use.
 

Available times are from 8:00am to midnight in four 4-hour blocks.

Two regulation tennis courts are available to residents and lot owners year-round.

A single-wide boat ramp is available to residents and lot owners for launching and recovering their boats and watercraft.  Parking for trailers is in the gravel lot next to the tennis courts.  The pull-off at the top of the ramp is for loading and unloading only.

Boat slips are individually owned by lot owners.  There are seven day slips available for general use by residents and lot owners.

The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day for the use of owners and their guests.  Chairs and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Pool rules are posted on the lower wall of the clubhouse.
