December 17, 2007 - The access road for the boat ramp and community boat slips is now controlled by a locked gate.  Electronic keys are required to gain access.  Property owners may purchase up to 2 keys at $25 apiece.  To get your keys, please call 540-894-0409 to make an appointment with the Property Manager.  Access cards are for property owners and their guests only and are not allowed to be given or sold to non property owners.  Guests must be accompanied by property owners when keys are used. 

January 1, 2008 - Effective January 1, 2008 TWALA has a new Property Manager who will be assisting lot owners and the BOD in both administrative matters as well as the maintenance of the HOA facilities.  Click here for a short introduction and welcome from HOA President Joe Perez.

July 9, 2008 - Residents should be aware that recently there have been 2 daytime burglaries as well as theft from a construction site within The Waters.  Please read the attached document for a message from HOA President Joe Perez.
